Punisher #19 In this issue, The Punisher sells cookies. Not really, but he does do fundraising for "Vet's House," which counsels returning veterans. He does it by "selling" drugs and then killing the dealers who come to purchase the drugs and taking the money. This is really a weird use of the character.

Wolverine #4-8 The tale starts with the murder of a Prime Minister by two new villains: Roughouse and Bloodsport. Roughouse is a really big strong guy, and Bloodsport has some weird kind of vampire power where he touches people's hearts and has some kind of influence over them.

Marvel Teases One-Shot That Will "Change Future of Comics" After a big presence from Marvel Studios during both the Disney+ and Walt Disney Studios panels, Marvel editors CB Cebulksi and Tom Brevoort took the stage for a retrospective through the last eighty years of Marvel. The First Appearance of Charles Gunn in Angel #4 Studios revealed today Charles Gunn, the iconic vampire hunter, will make his first full appearance in the next issue of the hit series, Angel #4, reimagining the pop culture phenomenon by acclaimed writer Bryan Edward Hill, artist Gleb Melnikov, along with visionary writer and director Joss Whedon, available August 28, 2019.

Amazing Spider-Man #153-156 Len Wein takes over as writer. Lots of lameness here, but I dig this panel. He starts with several done-in-ones that are all forgettable. Sandman is in #154, and it's fine but there's no real need to read these issues. The only thing worth noting is the ongoing storyline about a mystery homeless man who craves alcohol.

Review: Blackjack #3 "Vengeance is mine, said the Lord," these are the very lines that Samuel L. Jackson utters in Pulp Fiction. The role is definitely one of his most brilliant portrayals and stood out in a movie that contained a multitude of stories while being interconnected.
